A smart medication box system for mindful elderly care. An Arduino Nano 33 BLE with OV7675 camera runs an Edge Impulse FOMO model to count pills in a blister pack at each medication event. Arduino UNO Q is the edge controller: the MCU side reads Modulino Movement (open/close detection) and Modulino Thermo (storage temperature) via I²C; the Linux side runs a FastAPI state machine that tracks TAKEN, DELAYED, MISSED, WRONG_SLOT, and OPEN_NO_REMOVAL events. Caregivers and families are notified in real-time via Telegram Bot and a React dashboard. QClaw AI summarises interaction logs on demand.
